Your comfort and safety are important to us during your stay at SunBasin. With this in mind, the following guidelines have been put in place. Please ask if you have any questions or concerns. Also, please let us know if there is anything that we can do to make your stay more enjoyable.
1. SPEED LIMIT: 5 M.P.H. Please obey all traffic signs.
2. QUIET HOURS: 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. Children must be at their site or accompanied by an adult
3. RV SITES: Limited to the registered RV, one tow or towed vehicle, 4 adults and their children.
Additional persons 16 years and older are an extra $5/night per person, Maximum 6 adults per site.
4. TENT CAMPING SITES: Limited to one tent, one vehicle, 6 occupants. One additional tent may be placed on the site for additional cost.
Additional persons 16 years and older are an extra $5/night per person, Maximum 8 people per site.
5. VISITORS: Visitors must register with the office. They may park at the camper’s site so long as the vehicle fits. Visiting hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m..
6. LAWNS & TREES: Our lawns, flowers, shrubs and trees are highly valued in the desert. Please respect them.
7. Sorry NO WOOD FIRES: Propane type cook stoves, lanterns and charcoal BBQ’s may be used with caution. Please do not leave them unattended.
Empty COLD charcoal ashes into "Ash Can" at the end of the office building. No burning of trash or garbage. NO EXPLOSIVES OR FIREWORKS!
8. ALL PETS: Must be on a leash at all times and under your control when outside of your vehicle.
Pets ARE NOT to be left unattended. Please keep your pets quiet and clean up after them.
9. TRASH: Please bag and place at the end of your site for 2 p.m. daily pick up. Aluminum Can Recycle at the end of the office building, COLD charcoal ashes must be dumped into "Ash Can" at the end of the office building NOT in trash bags.
10. VEHICLE WASHING: Washing of RV’s or cars is NOT allowed. Windshields may be cleaned with towels & cleaner.
11. UNLICENSED VEHICLE: Dirt bikes, motorcycles, ATV’s, Quads, etc. are not to be ridden within the park or in the surrounding open area.
We have directions to The Dunes just down the road.
12: ADDITIONAL VEHICLES: $5/night, limit one extra vehicle per site.
13. HUNTING SEASON: Firearms and bows are allowed only during the hunting season. Firearms are not to be loaded or bows strung inside of the park.
